1. Staff for Inventing Department
▪ Job description:
Draw up documents for invention safety registration , utility solutions;
Translate technical documents;
Offer expert advice for Vietnamese and foreign clients on invention safety and useful solutions.
▪ Requirement:
* Graduated from Polytechnic University, National University and others majoring in electrical engineering, telecommunication, information technology.
* English: having the ability of reading comprehension, translating technical documents, writing consultancy letters.
* Competent in office computer skills, exploiting data from the Internet
* Honest, having good thought and ready to work for BWLaws for a long time.
* People experienced in offering expert advice on invention or translating electronics, IT documents come high on the list of priorities.
2. Business, investment, trademark and copyright law consultant
▪ Job description:
Offering Vietnamese and foreign clients expert advice on law of contract, business, investment, trademark and copyright.
▪ Requirement:
* Graduated with a good result from University of Law, Law Department of other Universities in Vietnam or other countries.
* Competent in office computer skills, exploiting data from the Internet.
3. Law Consultant
▪ Job description:
Perform legal consultancy with regard to contract, enterprise Law, investment, trademark, copyright for domestic and foreign clients.
▪ Requirement:
* University degree from Law University, Law Department of Vietnam or Foreign University.
* Computer skill required in advanced, search information on internet
* Honest, industrious, logical, cooperative…
* Experience in legal consultancy is an advantage
* Good command of spoken and written English
